These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Frostbite mobile application (the “App”), operated by Frostbite (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
The App may allow you to create, upload, store, and share content such as text posts, comments, photos, videos, and journal entries (“User Content”).
Some content may be public depending on your settings or how you share it. Do not post anything you consider confidential if you make it public. Public media may also be accessible through direct links.
If you connect with a coach and enable coach access, you authorize that coach to view and/or add notes to your journal entries as permitted by your settings.
The App allows you to link third-party accounts (such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube) to enhance functionality and personalize your experience.
When you link a third-party account, we access only the minimum information necessary to provide the requested functionality. This may include basic profile details such as your username, user ID, or channel name. We do not access or store unnecessary data.
We do not post content, upload media, or take any actions on your behalf on third-party platforms without your explicit permission.
You may unlink your third-party accounts at any time through your account settings. Once unlinked, we will stop accessing your third-party account and will delete or anonymize associated data where required by applicable law.
Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies, including those of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. We are not responsible for the practices, content, or policies of these third-party services.
Our use of third-party data complies with applicable platform policies and the Apple App Store Review Guidelines, including requirements related to user consent, data minimization, and transparency.
The App may offer paid subscriptions for access to certain features. Purchases may be processed through platform providers such as the Apple App Store. Subscription pricing, billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled according to the applicable platform’s terms.

We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe is inappropriate or harmful. Uploaded photos and videos may be automatically scanned for prohibited content, such as nudity, using automated moderation tools.
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the security or integrity of the App.
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frostbite will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
